About Us

Hershey Studio is a full service stained glass studio, located at 20907 Acorn Avenue, Milton, Ia., and one of only two studios in Iowa that is accredited by the Stained Glass Association of America.  We have built a strong reputation in the art of stained glass restoration addressing the preservation needs of churches and businesses nationwide.

Kevin Hershey's fascination for glass began during his childhood when his mom would often allow him to go digging for antique glass bottles. Kevin's extensive collection of antique bottles includes some very rare pieces dating from the 1790's to 1910.

His passion for collecting glass has evolved into a mission to restore stained glass windows in churches and homes throughout the country. In 1992, Kevin became an apprentice in an Iowa stained glass window studio. Today, he and his wife, Bobbie, have a thriving stained glass window restoration business. Hershey's highly praised work is in demand all over the country. He has restored windows in well over 300 churches across the country from the New England States to Hawaii, including stained glass windows dating  to the early 1800s.  He has perfected the art of stained glass restoration on many  different styles including: Victorian, Prairie style, beveled, hand painted and Tiffany glass, just to name a few.
